The food concept is simple, small sharing plates drawing mainly from Asian flavours, spices and ingredients. The ambience is laid-back, the drinks are smooth…and yes, almost all of our dishes are gluten-free but please ask our staff if you have particular dietary requirements.

 
EXECUTIVE CHEF - FRANCIS PUYAT
Originally from Mindoro in the Philippines, Francis “Ace” Puyat came to London with his parents in 1997 and immediately set about taking on the London culinary establishment.
Initially trained in classical French styles of cooking, his first role was as an events chef for the Absolute Taste group and various positions in their restaurant properties. Picked up by Yotam Ottolenghi’s NOPI in 2011, Francis has flourished and developed his great love of Eastern spices and Indian, Asian and Middle Eastern cooking. Francis has designed a menu that puts flavour – both complex and bold – at the centre of everything.

DINNER

This was the seed from which all other menus have grown. The dinner menu is 23 plates strong and offers high-end cuisine at high street food prices. The small plates menu encourages sharing and is made accessible daily with an introductory early-bird offer of 5 courses for £15.

BRUNCH

Asian fusion profiles the flavours of all our menus. Weekend mornings will never be the same thanks to our delcious Koroke – a Korean cheese croquette served with sweet chilli sauce, eggs and bacon. Similarly big breakfasts get not so much a face lift as a total reconstruction with sesame crusted pork belly taking the place of London’s ubiquitous sausage – and being flanked by fried eggs, buttered mushrooms, potato hash and home made jalapeno salsa.

We offer the best value lunch in London. A £5 lunch box to eat in or take away is available for local workers on a tight budget and an even tighter schedule. A scaled down version a la carte and £15 a head set menu is also available for those with the time to lunch and lounge.

SUNDAY LUNCH

Sundays are a comfortable, casual affair for us. Feel free to lounge in the sun on our terrace or snuggle up in one of our cozy booths. Once Brunch service finishes and you've had a little repose we will be on hand with a selection of our a la carte menu and a roast dinner of epic proportions which follows our our flavour profiling and introduces some character to the traditional Sunday roast. Try coconut & sweet potato puree, potatoes with chilli and, a whisper of wasabi in the confit gravy, your yorkies have never been happier..

The giant bars we build in the middle of our restaurants should tell you just how serious we are about our drinks! While fresh pressed juices and gourmet coffees are at the foundation of brunch and lunch, cocktails and wine are the backbone of dinner. The eponymous 100 Hoxton cocktail - lychee, lemongrass, chilli and ginger topped with prosecco – continues the kitchen’s theme of spice and tropicality and has proudly led a cocktail list that rolls with the seasons since that first warm spring on Hoxton Street in 2013
