Everyone gots something to smile about with our upcoming Halloumi pop up in partnership with the doyens at the Cyprus Tourist Board. Chef Francis has created a five dish sharing menu for you all to try. Everyone's favourite cheese features on every dish from fritter to flatbread to salad to the incroyable fingers with chilli jam and even ice cream. Your halloumi cravings can be sated on the following days
